Audi Incident Assistance (AIA)*
Audi Incident Assistance is a feature designed to provide drivers with immediate support.
If the airbag control unit sensors detect a minor accident** without airbag deployment and/or pyrotechnic seat belt pretensioners, your Audi offers support via a pop-up in the MMI screen and provides the option to get directly connected with a specialized team at Audi Roadside Assistance or gives you the option to place an emergency call***.
* Audi Incident Assistance services require vehicle cellular and GPS connectivity. Services are provided by a third-party and availability of services vary based on vehicle equipment and continued availability of vehicle cellular service, which is outside of Audi’s control. Roadside Assistance provided by an authorized third party service provider. May require additional payment for emergency and other third party services rendered. See owner’s literature for limitations and details. Always pay careful attention to the road and do not drive while distracted. Message and data rates may apply.
** A minor accident could be considered a fender bender or minor collision without any bodily injury
*** Online Roadside Assistance and Emergency Call feature are enabled prior to purchase or lease and does not require registration or a subscription.
