What's New

The new myAudi brings a more personal, intuitive experience, offering smarter assistance and easier access to what matters most.

Audi Assistant

Have a question about your Audi? Just ask, no need to dig through the manual.

    On select models, select the Audi Assistant using the new Assistant tab located at the bottom center of your screen. 

    The Audi Assistant is available to owners of 2025 Q6 e-tron, 2025 A6 e-tron, 2025 new A5, 2025 new Q5, 2026 A5, 2026 Q5, 2026 A6, 2026 Q6 e-tron, and 2026 A6 e-tron vehicles and requires the myAudi app, a myAudi account, active Audi connect NAV trial or subscription, and acceptance of Audi connect Terms of Service. AI-generated responses provided by the Audi Assistant may contain errors. Audi is not responsible for the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information provided as a result of using the Audi Assistant. Reliance on, including any actions taken because of, the Audi Assistant are at your own risk. Always consult the Owner's Manual for specific information about your vehicle. Do not use the Audi Assistant while driving

  • A microphone and keyboard icon are highlighted center and center right of the app screen respectively.

    Have a specific question? Using the text or speech buttons at the bottom center of the app, ask Audi Assistant your question.

  • The screen shows various preset Audi Assistant questions such as: "How can I clean my windshield wipers?."

    Not sure where to start? Pre-populated questions will appear to help you get started. Each response will include the reference in the Owner's Manual if you want to delve deeper. 

Profile

Our profile icon has moved from the dashboard — here's how to find it. Manage your profile, account settings, services, and access — all in one place.

    Select the Vehicle Tab in the bottom left of the app or the Shop or Discover tabs located on the bottom right. Once on an appropriate tab, navigate to your profile via your profile icon located in the top right corner of the app.

    Your profile contains a wealth of information. You'll find your news, account settings, app settings, Key User agreement, and more.

Garage

Link your Audi, set up your Key User, and unlock connected features.

    Select the Vehicle Tab in the bottom left corner of the app. From there select your model name in the top left corner of the Vehicle Tab to move to your garage.

    Add your Audi Vehicles to your account and access the Setup Assistant to become the Key User.

    In the My garage page select your desired vehicle.

Service Scheduling

Book your next service appointment from our new Service area right from your phone.

    Select the Vehicle Tab in the bottom navigation, from there select the All services button to continue. 

  • Schedule service button is highlighted at the bottom of the app. A dealer with call and route options is listed top.

    Start by setting your preferred dealer. Next, see your chosen Service Location, along with options for directions or to call them. You can press the Schedule service button to get started booking. 

  • The app displays the information requested by select dealers to continue the schedule process.

    For participating dealers, provide the information requested to ensure you receive the service that suits your needs. For other dealers, land directly on their service scheduling page.

Updated Features

Here are just some of the exciting updates to myAudi, and remember, you'll need to be a verified Key User to access key remote functions.

Digital Key

No fob. No taps. Unlock your Audi instantly and go.

  • Vehicle tab is highlighted bottom left while All functions is highlighted above it.

    Ensure you are the Key User. Select the Vehicle Tab in the bottom navigation. Once there, press the All functions button to continue.

    Available on select MY26 and newer models that are equipped with the proper hardware and most recent software update. Requires myAudi mobile app, active Audi connect Care subscription, acceptance of Audi connect Terms of Service, compatible mobile device and operating system, and compatible digital wallet mobile app. See mobile device and app providers for terms and privacy details. See Owner’s Manual for further details and important warnings about the keyless ignition feature. Do not leave vehicle unattended with the engine running, particularly in enclosed spaces, and consult local laws for any limitations on use. Message and data rates may apply.

    Begin the process to link your mobile device to the in-app wallet. Once done, you are ready to go.

    Once you arrive at the All functions page, press the Digital Key button to continue with your set up. 

Navigation Route Planning

Plan a trip and send it to your car — with stops for food, fuel, or whatever you need.

    We handle navigation so you can focus on enjoying the drive, start by pressing the Navigation tab at the bottom navigation. 

    Always pay careful attention to the road, and do not drive while distracted. Audi connect should only be used when it is safe and appropriate. Audi connect services are provided with the support of authorized affiliated and third party service providers. Connect CARE Safety and Security vehicle services are activated prior to purchase or lease and do not require registration or paid subscription; acceptance of Terms of Service is required for Remote vehicle services. Connect NAV services are optional and may require an additional subscription with separate terms and conditions. Trial or paid subscription required. Not available on models without navigation. Audi connect services require vehicle cellular connectivity and availability of vehicle GPS signal; certain services collect location information, see Terms of Service for information about how to disable. Audi connect services depend on connection to and continued availability of 4G LTE cellular service, which is outside of Audi’s control. Audi connect services are not guaranteed or warranted in the event of 4G LTE network shutdowns, obsolescence, or other unavailability of cellular connectivity that relies on existing vehicle hardware. All Audi connect services are subject to change, discontinuation, or cancellation without notice.   • A search bar occupies the top of the screen while the destination details are highlighted at the bottom.

    Simply use the search function or select one of your favorites to plan your route. Quickly filter for any Point of Interest you need or use the manual search.

    Plan your route, send it to your vehicle, and hit the road. For EV drivers, using the route planner also pre-conditions your battery - helping you charge faster at your next stop.

Remote Unlock/Lock

Check if your car is locked, and lock it from anywhere.

    Select the Vehicle Tab in the bottom left corner of the app and navigate to the Remote Functions under the Range Status. Press either the Lock or Unlock button as desired.

    See Owner’s Manual for further details and important warnings about locking and unlocking your vehicle remotely. Not available on Q4 e-tron. Message and data rates may apply

  • The Enter PIN screen is displayed instructing users to input their PIN to unlock their vehicle.

    Input your PIN as instructed. 

  • A notification is highlighted stating Vehicle was unlocked successfully.

    Lock or unlock your doors without fumbling with keys. You will receive a notification when your desired action is completed. 

Climate Control

Start heating or cooling the car before you get in.

  • The vehicle tab is highlighted in the bottom left and the Air conditioning information is highlighted center right.

    Ensure you are the Key User. Select the Vehicle Tab in the bottom navigation. From there, select Air conditioning to move to your Climate Control.

  • Climate control options are listed including Target Temperature and Climate control when unlocking.

  • Additional options are listed related to Auto Seat comfort and toggles for each seat.

    When enabled, Auto Seat Comfort will let you match your seat heating to your climate control settings on a per-seat basis.

Plug&Charge

After setup you can plug in your EV and charging will start automatically - no apps or cards needed.

    Ensure you are the Key user and enrolled in our Audi Charging Service. Select the Vehicle Tab in the Navigation, and scroll down to the Public charging section to press Start Charging.

    The following Audi e-tron EV models support Plug&Charge: 2023 e-tron/e-tron Sportback/e-tron S/e-tron S Sportback, 2024 Q8 e-tron/e-tron Sportback/e-tron S/e-tron S Sportback, 2025 Q4 e-tron/Q4 Sportback e-tron, 2025 Q6 e-tron/Q6 Sportback e-tron, 2025 S e-tron GT/RS e-tron GT. Does not include the 2019/2020/2021/2022 e-tron/e-tron Sportback/e-tron S, 2022/2023/2024/2025 Audi Q4 e-tron/Q4 Sportback e-tron, 2022/2023/2024 Audi e-tron GT/RS e-tron GT.

    After enrollment, the Start charging page displays the information you need to charge your vehicle. Your payment method is listed, as well as your linked phone number and more. You are now ready to go. Next time there's no need to open the app to charge!
