Audi 24-Hour Roadside Assistance

There when you need us.

All new Audi passenger vehicles sold in the U.S. and Puerto Rico qualify for coverage four years from the date of delivery, or from the Audi New Vehicle Limited Warranty start date, whichever occurs first.

The following core Audi models qualify for roadside assistance: A3/S3/RS 3, A4/S4, A5/S5/RS 5, A6/S6, A7/S7/RS 7, Audi Q3, Audi Q5/Audi SQ5, Audi Q7, Audi Q8, TT/TTS/TT RS

Roadside Assistance benefits

The Audi Roadside Assistance * program is one of the most comprehensive owner privileges, offering emergency roadside assistance and related services—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The program offers the following services:

  • Battery jump-start
  • Emergency extrication service
  • Emergency towing
  • Flat tire service
  • Fuel delivery service
  • Lock-out service
  • Trip interruption coverage

Collision protocol

In the event of a collision, Audi 24-Hour Roadside Assistance includes towing to the nearest Audi Authorized Collision Repair Facility * or ASF® Repair Facility.

Help us serve you better.

Please have the following information ready:

  1. Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), located on your registration documents or in other locations within your vehicle (see below):
    › Driver’s side dash panel
    › State Registration Card
    › Insurance Card
    › Your Audi MMI® system: Car Function > Car Systems > Service (if equipped)
  2. Year, model, color and license plate number of the vehicle.
  3. The phone number from which you are calling, or a phone number where you can be reached.
  4. Exact location of your vehicle (street address and nearest intersection).
  5. Type of service required, or a brief description of the problem.

In the unlikely event that Audi Roadside Assistance is unable to provide assistance in the geographical area where your vehicle is disabled, please follow the instructions outlined in “Arranging Your Own Assistance.”
