That’s where Vehicle Service Protection* by Audi Pure Protection comes in. This next-level protection service offers coverage up to 10 years or 150,000 miles for up to 1,500 vehicle parts in the event of a covered mechanical breakdown.

Your participating dealer will guide you through our three available Vehicle Service Protection plans to help you determine which level best suits your needs:
• Powertrain coverage includes your vehicle’s engine, transmission, transaxle or transfer case, drive axles, and certain hybrid and electric components.
• Gold coverage encompasses Powertrain coverage, plus front and rear suspension, climate control, fuel, electrical, and certain additional hybrid and electric components.
• Platinum coverage includes all mechanical parts of your vehicle in the event of a mechanical breakdown, unless they are specifically listed as “not covered” in your Customer Agreement (such as maintenance and cosmetic items).

• You’ll receive genuine Audi parts** and service for your vehicle
• Nationwide service available at any authorized Audi dealer or authorized service provider
• 24-hour roadside assistance benefits, including battery service, flat tire assistance, an emergency supply of fuel*** or fluid**** delivery, and lockout assistance
• Towing reimbursement of up to $100 to your nearest authorized Audi dealer or authorized service provider, if required due to a covered mechanical breakdown
• Rental car reimbursement of up to $35 per day for up to 10 days, if required due to a covered mechanical breakdown
• Trip interruption coverage of up to $200 per day for a maximum of five (5) days, if required due to a covered mechanical breakdown5
• Transferable for a fee if you sell your vehicle to a private party******
• Cancelable at any time; subject to a fee after 30 days******

Designed to complement your manufacturer’s warranty, Audi All-electric Vehicle Service Protection is extended coverage created precisely to help keep your Audi EV performing at a high standard, mile after mile. And you pay only the deductible you select on covered repairs for up to 8 years or 100,000 miles,******** so you can continue to drive your Audi EV with complete peace of mind.

Designed specifically for your electric Audi vehicle, the Platinum Protection plan covers all mechanical parts of your vehicle unless specifically listed in the exclusions section of your Customer Agreement.

• Repair or replacement of hybrid high-voltage batteries and high-voltage electric batteries


*Vehicle Service Protection coverage runs concurrently with any applicable manufacturer’s warranties. In-warranty plan expiration is measured in time/miles from the Manufacturer’s Original In-Service Date and zero (0) miles. Out-of-warranty plan expiration is measured in time/miles from the Agreement Purchase Date and the Current Odometer Reading.

**Covered repairs will use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or OEM-approved parts.

***Up to three (3) gallons of fuel delivered up to three (3) times per calendar year at no additional cost.

****An emergency supply of oil, fluid, and water will be delivered if the customer is in immediate need. Payment for these fluids is the customer’s responsibility, due
upon delivery.

*****Trip Interruption coverage is not available to residents of California or New York.

********All-electric Vehicle Service Protection coverage runs concurrently with any applicable manufacturer’s warranties. For In Warranty vehicles, the Agreement Start Date begins on the Manufacturer’s Original In-Service Date and at zero (0) miles on the odometer. For Out of Warranty vehicles, the Agreement Start Date begins on the Agreement Purchase Date and at the Current Odometer Reading listed on the Registration Page. As used herein, the terms “Agreement,” “In Warranty,” “Out of Warranty,” and “Registration Page” have the same meaning as those terms are defined in the All-electric Vehicle Service Contract Customer Agreement form.
