Tire & Wheel Protection with Optional Cosmetic Coverage
Your new Audi is precision engineered from top to bottom. We offer Audi Pure Protection Tire & Wheel Protection with Optional Cosmetic Coverage because the parts of your vehicle that touch the road are far too important to overlook. If your tires or wheels are ever damaged due to road hazards such as metal, nails, glass, debris, or potholes, we will cover the cost to replace them for up to seven (7) years. Optional Cosmetic Coverage offers you additional coverage for cosmetic wheel repair so your new vehicle can continue to look its best for years to come.
Tire & Wheel Protection benefits:
- Replacement of a tire if structurally damaged due to a covered road hazard
- Replacement of a wheel if road hazard damage prevents the wheel from sealing to the tire or maintaining the vehicle manufacturer’s air pressure specifications
- Pay nothing other than the deductible you select at the time of product purchase, regardless of how many tires and wheels are being replaced at that time
- Coverage of approved costs associated with the replacement of tires or wheels, including labor charges, mounting, balancing, valve stems, and taxes¹
- Provides coverage for replacement OEM or aftermarket tires and wheels, if they meet the manufacturer’s size specifications
- Reimbursement of towing expenses in the event of covered road hazard damage, up to $100 per occurrence
- Transferable for a fee if you sell your vehicle to a private party or if your lease agreement is assumed²
- Cancelable at any time; subject to a fee after 30 days²
Optional Cosmetic Coverage adds:
- Cosmetic wheel repair for damage such as nicks and scrapes³
- Cosmetic wheel repair is limited to a total of eight (8) individual wheel repairs
- No deductible for cosmetic repairs
Additional benefits:
- No mileage limitations
- No limit to the number of structural damage claims
Tire & Wheel Protection with Optional Cosmetic Coverage is available only at the time of vehicle purchase or lease, as part of a Multi-Coverage Protection option or as a stand-alone product.
Coverage exclusions may apply:⁴
- Damage to tires with less than 3/32" tread depth at the lowest point on the tire at the time of damage
- Cosmetic damage to tires
- Cosmetic damage to chrome wheels or chrome-clad wheels, even if Optional Cosmetic Coverage is purchased
- Damage caused by vandalism
- Repairs or replacements made without prior authorization
- Damage caused by road conditions (such as uneven lanes or metal plates) found in construction zones or construction sites
- Failures from normal wear and use, improper wear, or dry rot

Dent Protection
Whether you’re driving or parked, dents and dings can occur at any time. It’s a great time to consider Audi Pure Protection Dent Protection. It offers optional protection that helps keep your Audi looking its best for years to come. Using a paintless dent repair process, we will repair door dings and minor dents without harming your vehicle’s paint job or requiring new coats of paint.
Value and convenience
In addition to blemishing the appearance of your vehicle, dents and dings may affect the vehicle’s resale or trade-in value. Dent Protection makes it easy to protect your investment. Best of all, repairs can be performed conveniently at a dealer, your home, or at your workplace, with no out-of-pocket costs.
Dent Protection benefits:
- Permanent removal of door dings and minor dents without harming the vehicle’s factory finish
- Repair of dents and dings no larger than four (4) inches in diameter that are located within an accessible area on a body panel of your vehicle
- Hail damage covered up to the lesser of your primary insurance deductible (if a claim was filed) or $1,000 per incident⁶
- Repairs can be performed conveniently at your home, office, or a dealer
- Transferable for a fee if you sell your vehicle to a private party, or if your lease agreement is assumed⁷
- Cancelable at any time; subject to a fee after 30 days⁷

Windshield Protection
Similar to a scratch on your eyeglasses or sunglasses, a small chip or crack in your windshield can be distracting and obstruct your view. In addition, if left unfixed, minor damage can grow to undermine the structural integrity of your entire windshield. If you need to repair such minor chips and cracks, the advantage of having Audi Pure Protection Windshield Protection⁹ is clear to see.
Windshield Protection benefits:
- Repair of chips and cracks in the front windshield caused by propelled rocks or other road hazard debris
- Unlimited repairs of the front windshield
- Repairs can be performed conveniently at your home, office, or a dealer
- Transferable for a fee if you sell your vehicle to a private party or if your lease agreement is assumed¹⁰
- Cancelable at any time; subject to a fee after 30 days¹⁰

Key Protection
Lost or damaged vehicle key fobs and remotes can cost hundreds of dollars to replace. That’s why it’s a good option to get Audi Pure Protection Key Protection. Whether your keys are lost, damaged, or locked inside your car, we’ve got you covered.
Key Protection benefits:
- Replacement of the covered vehicle key or remote if lost or damaged, up to $800 per occurrence
- Lockout assistance to unlock the covered vehicle if your vehicle keys are lost, damaged, or locked inside the covered vehicle, up to $100 per occurrence
- Towing assistance to the nearest Audi dealer or authorized service provider if the covered vehicle key or remote is lost or damaged, up to $100 per occurrence
- Alternate transportation assistance, including taxi, rental vehicle, or public transportation reimbursement, up to $75 per occurrence
- Transferable for a fee if you sell your vehicle to a private party or if your lease agreement is assumed¹²
Additional benefits:¹³
- Home lockout assistance if you lose your house keys along with your vehicle key ring, including locksmith reimbursement, up to $100 per occurrence, and coverage for up to three (3) replacement house keys during the Customer Agreement term, up to $75 per key replacement
- Replacement benefit for additional non-programmable keys on the same key ring as the covered vehicle key or remote, such as RV or trailer keys and office keys, up to $250 per occurrence
- Emergency message relay for up to three (3) emergency contacts
- No mileage limitations

Coverage Exclusions may apply:¹⁴
- Replacement keys if you did not receive two (2) master keys at the time of purchase or lease of the vehicle
- Replacement of keys covered by a manufacturer’s, repairer’s, or supplier’s warranty or recall
- Any replacement keys made without prior authorization
