Via Online Roadside 
Assistance Button³

You can contact Audi Roadside Assistance² and transfer your vehicle information with the push of the Online Roadside Assistance (ORA) button.

Via Audi Incident Assistance³

In the event of a minor accident¹ your Audi offers support via a pop-up in the MMI screen and provides the option to get directly connected with a specialized team at Audi Roadside Assistance.²

Via myAudi app⁴

Select the Vehicle damage/breakdown assistance tile to call Audi Roadside Assistance², or report glass damage, vehicle damage, or a Roadside event within the app.

1.    A minor accident could be considered a fender bender or minor collision without any bodily injury.
2.    Roadside Assistance provided by an authorized third-party service provider. May require additional payment for services rendered.
3.    Depending on equipment and vehicle model.
4.    The myAudi services require myAudi account and acceptance of Terms of Service. Certain services may require trial or paid subscriptions, which may have their own terms and conditions. Services through the myAudi app require cellular connectivity, network compatible hardware, and availability of vehicle GPS signal. Not all services and features are available on all vehicles, and some features may require the most recent software update. Standard text and data rates may apply for app and web features.
