Audi Roadside Assistance^* is an important benefit provided without additional charge for 4 years to owners of new Audi vehicles and for 1 year to owners of CPO Audi vehicles, starting from date of purchase. Roadside Assistance^* gives owners peace of mind and confidence on the road, knowing that we’re there 24/7 to provide help when customers find themselves in a roadside emergency situation. Most owners will never need Roadside Assistance Services, but if and when they do, help is just a phone call or push of the Online Roadside Assistance (ORA) button away!

Roadside Assistance Services

The Audi Roadside Assistance ^* program is one of the most comprehensive owner privileges, offering emergency roadside assistance and related services—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The program offers the following services:

Battery jump-start
Emergency extrication service
Emergency towing
Flat tire service
Fuel delivery service
Lock-out service
Trip interruption coverage
Collision protocol and locating an Audi Authorized Collision Repair Facility

Help us serve you better.

Please have the following information ready:

1. Your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), located on your registration documents or in other locations within your vehicle (see below):
› Driver’s side dash panel
› State Registration Card
› Insurance Card
› Your Audi MMI® system: Car Function > Car Systems > Service (if equipped)

2. Year, model, color and license plate number of the vehicle.

3. The phone number from which you are calling, or a phone number where you can be reached.

4. Exact location of your vehicle (street address and nearest intersection).

5. Type of service required, or a brief description of the problem.

In the unlikely event that Audi Roadside Assistance^* is unable to provide assistance in the geographical area where your vehicle is disabled, please follow the instructions outlined in “Arranging Your Own Assistance.”

Eligibility

New Vehicle Limited Warranty (NVLW) 24- Hour Roadside Assistance^* coverage for 4 years/ unlimited mileage on All new Audi passenger vehicles sold or leased in the United States and Puerto Rico.
CPO coverage begins upon the expiration of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty (NVLW).CPO 24- Hour Roadside Assistance^* coverage is for 1 year from reported CPO sale date with unlimited mileage.
Whether new or CPO, note that the Roadside Assistance^* coverage is for the vehicle – not the owner or lessee. Therefore, family members or other drivers of the covered vehicle can utilize Roadside Assistance if necessary.
