Motion for Audi Connected Device Deactivation – FAQs

Overview

Audi is discontinuing support for all Motion for Audi connected devices that have reached the end of their intended service life. These devices were originally provided as part of Audi's proactive effort to help customers (MY17 – A4, Q7, and MY18 – A4, A5, Q5, Q7, and MY2019 – RS5) maintain telematics connectivity following the industry-wide 3G network shutdown. As these devices have now reached the end of their service life, the associated services will be discontinued.
