How it works:

Receive your redemption code.
After you leave the dealership, Audi Financial Services will send your code to both your email inbox and mailbox. This code can be used to order your Level 2 HomeStation Charger and $1,000 Qmerit installation credit.

Order your charger from Electrify Home.
Electrify Home is an extension of Electrify America that strives to empower an independent lifestyle for EV drivers through innovative home charging management.
Once you order your charger, Electrify America will keep you informed about the status of your order and delivery.

Complete your EV Readiness Assessment.
Electrify America will send you this assessment to determine the necessary requirements to complete your Qmerit installation.

Receive your preliminary installation estimate.
Qmerit will take the findings of your assessment and let you know how much installation may cost and will determine if a permit is required.
Note: If the installation costs are more than $1,000, Qmerit will invoice you directly to pay for the additional costs.

Schedule your installation.
You will receive an email with an estimate from a Qmerit installer. Once you accept the estimate, the installation process will begin.
While you wait for your charger installation, here are ways you can charge your e-tron:
> Public charging stations.
Your new Audi vehicle includes complimentary charging at Electrify America fast-charging stations across the country (complimentary kilowatt hours vary by model). In addition to Electrify America stations, there may be other fast chargers near you.
> Compact charging at home.
Audi e-tron models come standard with the Compact Charging System, which will do the trick in the meantime. Once your Level 2 HomeStation charger is installed, enjoy more charging power, connectivity capability, and longer cable lengths.
