Gaspar leads a team in charge of talent acquisition, performance management, succession and development planning, as well as diversity advancement for Audi of America.
Gaspar, as part of the Audi of America management team, reports to Audi President Scott Keogh and Mike Beamish, head of Volkswagen Group of America HR. She previously served as Vice President and HR Business Partner for Global Operations at Marriott International where she was responsible for leading organization effectiveness and talent management. She also previously led global talent management strategies, succession planning and employee communications for The Ritz-Carlton. While in her role, she oversaw the design and launch of a new global employer brand, aimed to refresh the brand’s employment identity for current and future employees.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from La Salle University and resides in the Washington D.C. metro area.
