Audi virtual cockpit
Stay connected to the journey
The available Audi virtual cockpit is a fully digital 12.3-inch instrument display that allows the driver to customize information such as navigation and audio, offering Classic and Infotainment modes as well as Google Earth™. The RS 3 Sedan has a third option: Sport mode, which displays a large, central tachometer and performance statistics, such as a lap timer, horsepower and torque gauge, G-meter, and if equipped with the Dynamic plus package, tire pressures and temperatures.
Audi smartphone interface
This standard feature enables Apple CarPlay™ and Google™ Android Auto interface, allowing you access to your compatible smartphone’s features, such as navigation, telephone, music and select third-party apps, and can be controlled through the MMI® interface, your voice control system or steering wheel controls.
You can connect your Audi RS 3 Sedan to your world with Audi connect®, an intuitive system that integrates sought after information like Google Earth™, weather conditions and traffic information. As part of the Technology package, the RS 3 Sedan also offers a six-month trial subscription to Audi connect®, a Wi-Fi hotspot and more. Combined with in-vehicle 4G LTE connectivity, getting connected has never been easier.
Bang & Olufsen® Sound System
The available Bang & Olufsen Sound System in the Audi RS 3 Sedan is a natural blend of state-of-the-art automotive technology and superior audio innovation. With 14 fully active loudspeakers and 705-watts of power, the system sets a high standard for car audio in the compact class.
Audi pre sense® basic
In the case of an impending collision, standard Audi pre sense® basic can intervene to prepare the vehicle for impact. This process includes beginning to close the side windows and panoramic sunroof, pretensioning the front safety belts, and prepping the brake system for a quicker response during an unexpected or emergency maneuver.
Rear cross traffic assist
This available feature uses rear sensors to help scan the area behind the vehicle and sides while a rear view camera helps provide additional visibility when backing up, as in reversing out of a perpendicular parking space. In critical situations, a warning tone and brake jolt can be applied to prompt the driver to stop the vehicle.
