4-zone Electronic Climate Control
The Audi A8 and Audi Q7 are fitted with an electronic climate control system that has separate controls not only for the right and left sides of the interior, but also for the front and rear. This means that both driver and front passenger as well as the occupants of the outer rear seats can select their required temperature and distribution of air individually for their particular seat. For rear seat passengers in the Audi Q7, a separate climate control unit is found in the rear center console. The rear functions of the four-zone electronic climate control can also be adjusted from the front seats via a menu in the front climate control unit. The 4-zone electronic climate control is exceptional for its draught-free regulation of the ventilation system.
