Audi and Allstate Roadside Services have teamed up to offer the Audi Roadside App—the easiest way to get the roadside assistance your Audi needs. The app leverages your pre-registered vehicle information and your smart phone’s GPS to quickly dispatch the nearest Roadside Assistance provider to your exact location.
The Audi Roadside App offers the following features to simplify the roadside assistance process:
• iPhone® iOS 3.0 and later
• Android® 1.5-2.1
• BlackBerry® devices with firmware v4.2, v4.5, v4.6, and the following models and families:
o BlackBerry 8300 Curve
o BlackBerry 8310 Curve
o BlackBerry 8320 Curve
o BlackBerry 8330 Curve
o BlackBerry 8350i Curve
o BlackBerry 8520 Curve
o BlackBerry 8530 Curve

The app is free and so is Audi Roadside Assistance during your Audi Roadside Assistance coverage period. Services for vehicles outside of manufacturer’s coverage are subject to fees.
This app will register Audi vehicles with the model year 2007 and newer. If you’ve purchased a new Audi, it may take 1-2 weeks before the vehicle information is available in our system. After this update period, the app will recognize your VIN. If you have an Audi vehicles older than 2007 you can't register, but you're still welcome to use the app by skipping the registration function. Service for vehicles outside the manufacturer’s coverage are subject to fees.
The application will be available in May 2011 for iPhone®, Android® and BlackBerry® Curve and Bold devices.
Downloading the Audi Roadside App to your smartphone is easy. Just use the app store for the iPhone®, Android® or Blackberry® device you're using.
Yes. The Audi Roadside App is compatible with old and new iPhones that have iOS 3.0 and above. Please note, however, that the first generation iPhones are not able to take advantage of the location functionality, as they do not have GPS installed.
No. The primary function of audi roadside is to call for Roadside Assistance. For this, you need a phone connection.

No. Service is provided based on the status of your Audi’s warrantyWarrantySee: Owner Protection Program.Warranty coverage. We determine this by using your Audi’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). This is why it's important to register your app.

Perform the following steps:
1) Verify the device is on the approved smartphone list. For example, the BlackBerry Edge is not approved at this time and will not work with the app.
2) If the app is installed on an unsupported device like the BlackBerry Edge, remove the battery, reinstall it and restart the phone.
3) Following your restart, find the roadside assistance app in folder, press the BlackBerry button and remove program by pressing delete. Then verify and restart the smartphone.
4) Users of unsupported phones like the BlackBerry Edge can only utilize the toll-free roadside assistance telephone number, 1-800-411-9988.
