Arrival
From the moment the driver picks you up at the Franz Josef Strauss airport in Munich, your comfort, schedule and preferences are our number one priority. Once your luggage is collected, complimentary chaufferred transportation will escort you to one of two Audi-recommended, four- or five-star hotels where you’ll enjoy a night’s stay as guest of Audi. Complimentary hotel transportation will also be provided for those guests who have scheduled delivery for the following morning.
The next morning is the start of a day full of discovery.
Delivery Day: What to Expect
From the striking architecture of the circular museum mobile to the elegance of the Customer Center, the Audi Forum and its grand piazza are centerpieces of the delivery experience. Today, it’s all about you and your new Audi. From welcoming you in the morning to entertaining, enlightening and finally delighting you, Delivery Day is a day to remember.
The Customer Center of the Audi Forum Ingolstadt lies at the vibrant epicenter of Audi, and it's where the delivery experience takes full flight. Upon your arrival, your personal customer advisor will provide a detailed introduction and walk around of your vehicle, including information covering its many features and their benefits. After taking delivery of your new Audi and to keep the celebration going, we then invite you to partake in a guided tour of the factory, and a self-guided tour of our world-famous museum mobile where you will gain vivid insight into the heart of the Audi philosophy, view and heritage. In addition to quenching your thirst for knowledge, you’ll be our guest throughout the day for complimentary meals and snacks at the Audi Forum’s market restaurant.
Discovery Tours and museum mobile
We call our factory visits Discovery Tours for good reason. These guided tours are nothing less than privileged opportunities to discover why our cars feel and drive the way they do. From the impressive body-forming tools of the Press Shop, to the robotic precision of the Body Shop and Final Assembly, you’ll experience the symphony of Audi precision and meticulous construction firsthand.
Afterwards, a visit to the museum mobile awaits. To Audi aficionados, the shape of the museum will come as no surprise. Inside is more than a hundred years of innovation, performance, design and, of course, passion.
Audi driving experience
Take your European Delivery experience to the next level by participating in one of the many Audi driving experience programs offered at the Audi Forum in Ingolstadt, an exciting addition to your European travels. You can start by selecting a top-of-the-range model like the Audi Q5, the Audi RS6, or any other Audi model - the choice is yours. The experienced staff will familiarize you thoroughly with the car and provide you with detailed route recommendations based on your interests.
