Though last year was certainly a success, with 44 local tournaments held throughout the United States and nearly 4,000 participants nationwide, the spirit of competition is more important than ever in 2010. Increasing the number of local tournaments will allow Audi of America to send an additional United States Final winner to the World Final in Sardinia, Italy and increase our chance for international victory.
The excitement, however, starts stateside. In addition to an enhanced tournament guide featuring insights and materials to help Dealers promote their local events, Audi will host the U.S. Final at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort in South Carolina. U.S. Final golfers will stay at The Sanctuary, an impressive, Five Diamond/Five Star rated oceanfront hotel offering five world-class golf courses including The Ocean Course — site of the dramatic 1991 Ryder Cup and upcoming 2012 PGA Championship.
