Dropping off your Audi

It couldn't be easier to ship your new Audi home at the conclusion of your trip. There are 20 convenient drop-off locations throughout Europe and no matter which one you choose there are no additional costs to you, it is completely up to you where you end your trip of a lifetime. Here at Audi, we want you to take full advantage of driving your new Audi not only to experience the culture and historical landmarks in Germany but also to extend that trill throughout Europe. Simply drive your car to the location of your choice within 90-Days from the date you take delivery of your Audi in Ingolstadt, Germany.

Please schedule your drop off 4 days in advance to ensure a smooth process and that your vehicle is safely transported back to your home town. Prior to dropping off your vehicle, you can schedule a drop off appointment either by phone or email. You can drop off your Audi on any weekday before your journey comes to a close, drop off locations are open Monday through Friday and hours of operation very per drop off location. All locations are closed on the weekends and German nationally recognized Holidays.

It is important to remove personal effects, such as accessories not installed by the factory, luggage, car seats, etc. at time of drop off or they may not be returned to you. Removing personal effects from your vehicle will help avoid delays and additional costs that may incur as a result of these delays. Only the spare tire, jack, and tools are shipped with the car.

The cost of transportation, customs clearance and duty, port handling, drop off fees, ocean freight and marine insurance are included in the purchase price of all Audi vehicles sold under the European Delivery Program.

All special safety items such as security vest and warning triangles will be provided to you (at no additional cost) regardless of where your travels take you. Here at Audi we want to ensure your safety, not only through the cars you buy but through your experience you have while in Europe.

From the time you drop off your vehicle at an authorized drop off location, please allow six to eight weeks for your Audi dealer to contact you to pick up your vehicle. At that time, your Audi Dealer will perform necessary licensing and paperwork.
