Customer participation

Your Audi Dealer will review with you the terms of the customer agreement to ensure a clear understanding of the Audi European Delivery Program. At Audi, it is our goal to provide you with peace of mind knowing that the details have been taken care of so that you can plan your journey. Please see your participating Audi Dealer for further details on this outstanding offer.

Eligibility

Customer is at least 18 years of age and has a valid driver’s license and passport.

Payment Terms

Customer agrees to pay vehicle in full prior to traveling to Europe to take delivery of their new Audi.

• After vehicle is built, Dealer will contact customer to complete Bill of Sale / Sales Contract and request full vehicle payment.

• Customer agrees to take delivery of their vehicle in Ingolstadt, Germany within 60-days from the date that payment is made in full. If customer does not take delivery of their Audi within 60-Days, the vehicle will be no longer be available for European Delivery.

Investment and Value Added Tax (VAT)


Customer agrees to purchase vehicle at Audi European Delivery Program price established by a participating Audi Dealer and return vehicle to authorized Audi drop off location within 90-days of delivery date from delivery center in Ingolstadt, Germany. VAT will be refunded by your Audi Dealer immediately following confirmation that the vehicle has been dropped off, within 90-days of delivery date in Ingolstadt. If travel exceeds 90-days, VAT may not be refunded by your Audi Dealer.

Insurance Coverage, Export License Plates, Vehicle Registration

Comprehensive insurance¹ and export license plates are provided by Audi for the first 15 days while traveling in Europe. A Certificate of Insurance and vehicle registration will be provided upon vehicle delivery in Ingolstadt, Germany. This insurance covers all 27 European Union countries including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. Non European Union countries such as Switzerland, Lichtenstein and Monaco are also covered.

Customer will be responsible for purchasing additional insurance coverage and export license plates beyond 15 days.

90 days - 650 Euros

Identification
Important identification to carry includes driver’s license, social security number, passport, and military PCS or Diplomat orders (if applicable).

Documentation
Important documentation to carry includes Bill of Vehicle Sale / Sales Contract (provided by your Audi Dealer upon order inception), International Factory Collection Form including your pick up authorization number (will arrive in the mail two weeks prior to your departure), and your vehicle pick up authorization form provided by your Audi Dealer.

Other important documentation to carry. The European Delivery Voucher package including customs regulations, transportation/drop-off locations, documents to retain, and contact information will be mailed approximately 2 weeks after vehicle order is placed at your Audi Dealer. Vehicle registration and Insurance certificate are important to have available for customs upon return.


Correspondence from Audi of America

Approximately 2 weeks after order inception
Customer will receive a European Delivery Voucher package in the mail from Audi. This package will include customs regulations, transportation/drop-off locations, documents to retain, and contact information.

Approximately 4 weeks prior to departure
Audi will contact customer to confirm optional factory tour, museum tour, complimentary transportation, and hotel accommodations, vehicle delivery date at the Customer Center of Audi Forum Ingolstadt, time of arrival, number of persons, and confirmation of travel period.

Approximately 2 weeks prior to departure
Customer will receive a completed International Factory Collection Form in the mail from Audi. This form will include confirmation of all information included in the paragraph above, customer pick up authorization number and data of vehicle.

Approximately 1 week prior to departure
Audi will contact customer by phone and by email to confirm delivery appointment at the Customer Center of Audi Forum Ingolstadt.

Complimentary Accommodations
Travel in style and please allow Audi to show you the way to a tier one experience. Audi is pleased to offer complimentary accommodations including complimentary transportation from Munich Airport to one of three 4-Star hotels recommended by Audi for one room, one night, complimentary transportation the next morning to Audi Forum Ingolstadt where you customers new Audi will be waiting. At Audi Forum Ingolstadt, you and a guest can enjoy complimentary meals and non-alcoholic beverages all day in the Marché restaurant while experiencing the flair of Audi authentically through a guided tour of our factory and historical museum. An experience of a lifetime and not only for car enthusiasts.


¹Customer agrees to $1,000 deductible (in Euros) on comprehensive coverage. Allow one day for proper licensing of vehicle prior to customer taking delivery.
