We know you're busy. That's why we offer you four different ways to make your payments. You can pay online, sign-up for automatic payment service, pay over the phone, or mail your payment in. Choose the method that works best for you.

Online Bill Payment
You deserve the convenience and simplicity of secure online account management. To make payments, request a payoff quote, sign-up for automatic payments and more simply click on “My AFS Account” (link below) to access your online account.

Automatic Payments
We'll make sure your Audi Financial Services payment is made each month. Just complete and return the Automatic Payment Plan Authorization Agreement located on the back of your billing statement.

Payment by Phone
Call Audi Financial Services' Interactive Voice Response system at
1-888-AFS-AUDI (237-2834) 24 hours a day to access this feature. Select option #2 from the main menu to begin. This convenient automated tool allows you to make a monthly payment over the phone. Have a check ready for reference—you will be asked to provide your Bank Routing Number and Checking Account Number.

Payment by Mail
Send monthly payments, property tax, late charges, sales tax and extra payments to the address listed below or see the front of your billing statement for your designated payment address. For final payments, please call

Check or Money Order
Print your 9-digit account number on your check. Allow 5-7 days for your payment to reach us. There may be a delay in posting of payments that are not mailed to the payment address listed on the front of the billing statement.

Western Union Quick Collect
To pay by Western Union please have the following information available:
