The "Market and Customer" building with its modern, open architecture lives up to its name: this conceptually unique center provides a communication platform that enables you to come into direct contact with the most diverse areas of Audi.

This building houses internal departments such as Marketing, Sales and Public Relations, as well as the Audi Bank direct, a travel agency and an insurance service, which offer their services to all visitors. The personnel service and a conference area are also located in the "Market and Customer" building. This concept does much to make sure that you can experience the corporate culture of Audi at first hand and really feel the pulse of the brand. The integrated café is a popular meeting place, and the latest Audi models are exhibited in the foyer for visitors to look at and touch. And last but not least, you can take the impressive "stairway to heaven" up to the gallery levels on the inside of the futuristic glass facade from where the architectural charm of this building is particularly impressive.

If you would like to collect your new Audi in person from the plant, then your destination is the striking Customer Center with its characteristic hangar architecture. Your first port of call is the check-in, where we will help you plan your own personal program for the day.

The highlight of the day is when we hand you the keys to your new Audi that's waiting for you in the Customer Center. It goes without saying that the vehicle handover also includes a thorough introduction to your new car by your personal customer advisor.

From special paint finishes to unusual interiors, here you will receive diverse ideas and detailed advice on how to customize your Audi to suit your own personal tastes. Also located in the Customer Center, the spacious Audi Shop stocks a wide range of high-quality lifestyle articles and useful accessories.

Market restaurant and the "Avus" restaurant
The self-service Market restaurant offers a diverse range of international cuisine. The "Avus" restaurant on the first floor caters to more exclusive tastes with its excellent cuisine.

Bar & Lounge
The Bar & Lounge, a classically furnished bar, provides a comfortable setting for informal conversation or a relaxing drink late into the evening.
